Weekend Courses
The SPMM Weekend Courses are HIGH YIELD revision sessions designed to cover the most recently tested themes in the RCPsych exams. The intense, interactive and explanatory revision is led by our highly successful and revered course organisers Dr Sree Murthy and Dr Lena Palaniyappan. Printed study guides containing detailed notes on all the topics covered will be provided to all candidates at the Weekend Course. The Weekend Courses also provide you with a great chance to mix with your peers studying at the same level as you where you can swap tips.
The High Yield Courses are usually held once per diet for each paper, usually 4 to 5 weeks before the exam date. See our Venue & Timetable page for more details.
Whilst the Weekend Courses offer great detail on the most prominent topics, we would advise you to purchase the Online Course alongside it as it contains a comprehensive question bank. Online Mock Tests are available for you to check your revision progress and identify your weakest areas.
SPMM CASC Courses provide essential practice for anyone sitting the CASC Course. In this course the candidates will get opportunity to practice 80 stations (40 simple stations on day 1 and 40 paired stations on day 2) with professional role players and experienced examiners who can offer constructive feedback. Each will perform 16 stations and observe 64 in total. Course materials for all stations with feedback forms will be provided on the day of the course. ‘Dos and Donts in CASC exam’ will be covered on day 1. All CASC course applicants will be allowed to have 3-month free access to CASC online course materials from the day of the purchase of CASC course. (Please note this is not inclusive of CASC video course and it is seperate).
Lunch and refreshments are provided for all course attendees. Dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice.
